Return Policy

  • RETURN CONDITIONS

    1. The FCE equipment must be in its original, unused condition.
    2. All original packaging, accessories and documentation must be included.
    3. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • RETURN PROCEDURE

    1. Once the returned item is recieved and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    2. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
    3. Refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account.

  • EXCLUSIONS

    1. Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.
    2. Return beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted.
